Rights Ownership. I own all rights to the submitted screenplay, or have obtained all necessary permissions from rights holders, and have the authority to submit it for production consideration.

Exclusivity. I understand that selected projects may not be simultaneously in active development with another production company without prior written agreement with YESYES.

Confidentiality. I understand that YESYES will treat my submission — including the screenplay, personal information, and all correspondence — as strictly confidential and will not share it with any third party.

Process & Timeline. I understand that all submissions are read in full, that the selection process takes up to 12 weeks, and that I will be notified of the outcome by email regardless of the result.

No Guarantee. I understand that submission does not guarantee selection or production, and that YESYES's decision on all submissions is final.
